Refund Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
We want every family to feel good about paying for tutoring. This policy explains, in plain terms, how refunds work at Saigon Learning Center. It is a draft pending legal review, but it reflects how we actually handle refunds today.
How payment works
Tutoring is paid for with session credits. You can buy credits through a payment package on the platform, or pay the center directly by Zelle, cash, or check — in which case we record the payment and add the credits to your account. Credits currently do not expire.
Unused credits
If you have purchased credits you have not used, you can ask us for a refund. Refunds of unused credits are granted at the center's discretion — in practice, we try to be fair and reasonable, especially when plans change or a student stops tutoring. Contact us through your account dashboard and we will review your request.
Completed sessions
Once a session has been completed, the credit for that session is not refundable. If something went wrong with a session — a technical problem, a tutor no-show, or anything else that kept the session from happening properly — tell us. We will make it right, typically by restoring the credit or scheduling a make-up session.
Rescheduling instead of refunding
If you just need to move a session, you do not need a refund — contact the center and we will reschedule it. Credits stay on your account until they are used.
How refunds are paid
- Card payments — approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider.
- Zelle, cash, or check payments — approved refunds are handled directly by the center, and we will arrange the return payment with you.
How to request a refund
Contact us through your account dashboard and tell us which credits or payment your request is about. We will respond and, if the refund is approved, process it promptly.
